Westernpips Innovation Lab: HFT Software Roadmap 2026–2027
What we have released, what comes next and what is in development
Westernpips Innovation Lab is the research and development team of Westernpips, an HFT software company founded in 2007. It builds and tests new modules for Westernpips Private 7 and the Westernpips product line before they are released. Recently released: Westernpips WebClick (July 2026) and WP Fast Sources on a Linux engine (July 2025). Next release: Westernpips Trade Monitoring. Up next: a new web version of Westernpips Crypto Trader. Other modules are in development; their status is shown in the table below.

Three Focus Areas of the 2026–2027 Roadmap
Every module in the roadmap belongs to one of three directions: faster execution on Linux, better research tools for strategies and a cloud layer with monitoring and crypto tools.
-
Execution and Linux Core
Moving the trading logic from heavy terminals to a Linux-based core. Engines run in Apex Cloud Core, while traders work in Private 7, a web browser or a phone. The goal is stable low latency and full control over the infrastructure.
-
AI for Strategies and Ticks
Tools that store and analyze tick data, look for robust parameter ranges and show risk zones, overfitting and market phases where a strategy stops working, instead of offering a “magic preset”.
-
Cloud, Monitoring and Crypto
westernpips.cloud as one place to connect brokers, liquidity providers and exchanges, manage strategies, publish trade monitoring and run arbitrage between crypto exchanges. Infrastructure and transparency, not signals.
The Roadmap in Detail
From released modules to those still in development. Each module is tested on our own accounts and with a group of clients before it reaches a public release.
Westernpips WebClick: Latency Arbitrage for Broker Web Platforms
Westernpips WebClick started in the Innovation Lab as the “web clicker” and is now a released product. It brings latency arbitrage to broker web terminals and browser-based trading platforms where a trading API is not available, with fast order submission from the browser and minimal interface overhead. In July 2025, WP Fast Sources, the built-in fast quote feeds of Westernpips software, also moved to a Linux engine.

Westernpips Trade Monitoring: Public Monitoring Profiles for Clients
Westernpips clients will be able to publish the statistics of their trading accounts as public monitoring profiles: results, drawdown, trading history and the Westernpips software used. Other clients can see real numbers instead of screenshots and promises.
A trader with a public profile and another client may agree privately to cooperate, for example on managing a trading account. Such agreements are made only between the two clients. Westernpips provides only the technical layer for monitoring, connections and risk tools: it does not select or recommend traders, does not take part in these agreements, does not accept or hold client funds and does not receive a share of profit. Account management may be regulated in your country, and both sides are responsible for following local laws.
Verified results of Westernpips’ own trading are already available on the Myfxbook monitorings page.
Westernpips Crypto Trader: Arbitrage Between Crypto Exchanges
A new web version of Westernpips Crypto Trader in a dedicated section of westernpips.cloud. It will connect to major crypto exchanges, scan spreads and delays between their order books and run arbitrage and micro-scalping models adapted to crypto market structure and volatility. The earlier desktop Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7 (2017–2020) is no longer supported; see the company history.
Linux Trader and Apex Cloud Core
A Linux Trader with one interface in three formats, web, mobile and desktop, integrated into Westernpips Private 7. The trading core runs in Apex Cloud Core on Linux servers, while traders use the interface they prefer. The aim is minimal interface latency and less dependence on specific client terminals.
New HFT Engines: 1-Leg, 2-Leg, 3-Leg, Grid, Spread and Mask Arbitrage
A new generation of HFT engines: classic 1-leg, 2-leg and 3-leg latency arbitrage, grid arbitrage, spread arbitrage and mask arbitrage methods designed for more natural execution patterns. Modular architecture, strict risk controls and realistic backtesting are core requirements.
AI Strategy Tester and Optimizer
The next step after the WP7 Strategy Back Tester, released in 2023. The AI module stores and analyzes tick data, helps search for strategy settings, detects overfitting and runs stress tests across different market regimes. It is built for traders who want to think like quants, not just load presets.
westernpips.cloud: New Web Trading Portal
A full web portal where Westernpips clients can connect brokers, liquidity providers and exchanges, configure strategies and parameters, and monitor accounts and infrastructure. westernpips.cloud will become the hub of the Westernpips Cloud and Core product line. Purchases, licences and documents stay in the client portal at my.westernpips.com.
TIMEmachine 3.7: a New Super-Fast Edition
TIMEmachine was the first Westernpips advisor, released in 2008. Version 3.7 brings it back in a modern form: a super-fast expert advisor with a minimum of settings. The idea is old-school logic, modern execution: clear rules, transparent parameters and speed from an optimized engine rather than large configuration panels.
The 2026–2027 roadmap shows planned research and development and our internal priorities. Features, timelines and integrations may change.
What the Innovation Lab Is Not
- Not a separate product. You cannot buy the Innovation Lab; finished modules are released as part of Westernpips products. Current products and plans are on the Buy Now page.
- Not an investment service. Westernpips does not trade for its software clients, does not manage their funds and is not a broker.
- Not a promise of “autopilot profits”. Nothing on this page guarantees profit or execution speed. The choice of broker, settings, risk and trading decisions always stays with the trader.
- Not a fixed schedule. Modules are released when they pass testing, so we do not announce dates in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Westernpips Innovation Lab?
The Westernpips Innovation Lab is the research and development team of Westernpips. It designs and tests new trading engines, platforms and cloud tools for Westernpips Private 7 and other Westernpips products before they are released. It is not a separate product and not an investment service.
What has the Innovation Lab already released?
Westernpips WebClick, latency arbitrage software for broker web terminals, was released in July 2026. In July 2025, WP Fast Sources, the built-in fast quote feeds of Westernpips software, moved to a Linux engine.
When will Trade Monitoring and the new Crypto Trader be released?
Westernpips Trade Monitoring is the next release, and the new web version of Westernpips Crypto Trader comes after it. Westernpips does not publish fixed dates, because modules are released only after testing. Release news is posted on the Westernpips Telegram channel.
Will Westernpips manage my trading account through Trade Monitoring?
No. Trade Monitoring shows public statistics of trading accounts. If two clients agree to cooperate, for example on account management, that is a private agreement between them. Westernpips does not select traders, does not take part in such agreements, does not hold client funds and does not receive a share of profit.
Is there a Westernpips Crypto Trader now?
The desktop Westernpips Crypto Trader 1.7 (2017–2020) is no longer supported. A new web version for arbitrage between crypto exchanges is being developed for westernpips.cloud and is the next module after Trade Monitoring.
Can I suggest a feature or an integration?
Yes. Ideas for new HFT strategies, data providers, platform connections or custom software between banks, liquidity providers, exchanges and terminals can be sent through the Westernpips contact page.
Have an Idea for a New Engine, Feed or Integration?
If you have ideas for new HFT strategies, new data providers, connecting your own platform or custom software between banks, liquidity providers, exchanges and terminals, we are open to discussing joint projects in the Westernpips Innovation Lab. Release news is posted on our Telegram channel.
